Our History |
| Operating in Melbourne, Victoria, our company was originally named J A Floyd & Co, founded by James Atkinson Floyd in 1935. J A Floyd gained a worthy reputation across the industry for being the leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial measuring products such as Bourdon, Capsule, and Diaphragm Seal type Pressure Gauges, and a range of Industrial Thermometers.
Amazingly, in 2004, J A Floyd remained the only manufacturer of its kind still in operation in Australia, and it was in that same year that our company sought change and progressive evolution. We become Floyd Australia Pty Ltd, developed a deeper focus on manufacturing and sales, and moved to new facilities in Tullamarine, where our production, repair, sales, and administration currently reside.
To ensure industrial instrumentation products perform to the best of their ability and give you the results you need, preventative maintenance and calibration is essential. By completing preventative maintenance services, which includes calibration, you can help extend the lifetime of your equipment and save yourself in future costs.
